At FINE & WILD, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet products; however, due to the perishable nature of our fine foods, we can only accept returns on items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact our concierge team within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a claim.

Our quality assurance experts will review your claim and the provided documentation to ensure it meets our safety and hygiene standards for returns.

If a physical return is required, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and specific instructions for packaging perishable goods to maintain their integrity.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
